Hello! I’m an award winning filmmaker, animator and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York.

With over a decade of freelance experience, I’ve worked as a 2D animator and director for clients such as Pokémon, the NBA, 2 Chainz, Eminem & Snoop Dogg, Netflix, Showtime, Disney and the X-Games. In addition, my short films have played at a variety of prestigious festivals, illustrations have been both published and featured in prominent gallery exhibitions and I’ve served on several film festival juries.

Recently my film Buzzkill screened at over 60 festivals, winning 12 awards including Best Animated Short at Screamfest, Flicker's RIIFF Vortex, GenreBlast and Woodstock - the latter resulting in an Academy Award qualification. It’s now streaming on Alter and as a Vimeo Staff Pick.

These days I’m available for remote work from my home studio, which includes a large Cintiq, Adobe’s Creative Suite, a grumpy cat and all the necessary file sharing and communication tools.

Cool news! Buzzkill is screening at "Best of the Decade: Woodstock Film Festival Animated Shorts” next Saturday Aug 24th. I’m so thrilled to be included in this retrospective, which features many of my peers and idols including Patrick Smith, Bill Plympton, Signe Baumane and more!

Buzzkill won "Best Short Animation" at WFF in 2022, which was a pivotal moment, as we subsequently became qualified and submitted for Academy Award consideration. Even though the Academy did NOT nominate our film about love, determination and bloody mutilation, it was nonetheless a massive honor and I deeply appreciate the festival’s recognition of indie animation and filmmakers across many styles, genres and formats.

Anyway, if you’re upstate, you gotta go see this event. Some great animators will be in attendance. Congrats team Buzzkill!
