Hello! I’m an award winning filmmaker, animator and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York.

With over a decade of freelance experience, I’ve worked as a 2D animator and director for clients such as Pokémon, the NBA, 2 Chainz, Eminem & Snoop Dogg, Netflix, Showtime, Disney and the X-Games. In addition, my short films have played at a variety of prestigious festivals, illustrations have been both published and featured in prominent gallery exhibitions and I’ve served on several film festival juries.

Recently my film Buzzkill screened at over 60 festivals, winning 12 awards including Best Animated Short at Screamfest, Flicker's RIIFF Vortex, GenreBlast and Woodstock - the latter resulting in an Academy Award qualification. It’s now streaming on Alter and as a Vimeo Staff Pick.

These days I’m available for remote work from my home studio, which includes a large Cintiq, Adobe’s Creative Suite, a grumpy cat and all the necessary file sharing and communication tools.

Let me tell ya, it's a surreal experience animating cartoon characters you grew up watching on TV!

Recently I worked on this Envestnet campaign with the fine folks at Nathan Love, taking the viewer on a deep-dive into the complex world of MR. KRABS' finances, while some familiar faces appear in the background. Eugene's gotta learn how to better manage all of his moneymoneymoneymoney!

One of the coolest perks of this opportunity was gaining access to Nickelodeon's Spongebob design archives and learning how to draw and animate this iconic cast of characters (it's very specific!). Check it out:
