Hello! I’m an award winning filmmaker, animator and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York.

With over a decade of freelance experience, I’ve worked as a 2D animator and director for clients such as Pokémon, the NBA, 2 Chainz, Eminem & Snoop Dogg, Netflix, Showtime, Disney and the X-Games. In addition, my short films have played at a variety of prestigious festivals, illustrations have been both published and featured in prominent gallery exhibitions and I’ve served on several film festival juries.

Recently my film Buzzkill screened at over 60 festivals, winning 12 awards including Best Animated Short at Screamfest, Flicker's RIIFF Vortex, GenreBlast and Woodstock - the latter resulting in an Academy Award qualification. It’s now streaming on Alter and as a Vimeo Staff Pick.

These days I’m available for remote work from my home studio, which includes a large Cintiq, Adobe’s Creative Suite, a grumpy cat and all the necessary file sharing and communication tools.

Here’s a fun piece I designed, directed and animated recently at Mocean for Disney and Citizen, to commemorate their 50 year partnership (Citizen clocks are featured throughout Disneyland).

This was a chance to explore a style I’ve long admired - paper cut out silhouette animation. While I created this spot digitally, we tried to emulate an aesthetic that felt hand-made, a bit rickety and imperfect, while also pushing some dynamic movements through our paper world “stage”. I think it came out pretty neat!
