Hello! I’m an award winning filmmaker, animator and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York.
With over a decade of freelance experience, I’ve worked as a 2D animator and director for clients such as Pokémon, the NBA, 2 Chainz, Eminem & Snoop Dogg, Netflix, Showtime, Disney and the X-Games. In addition, my short films have played at a variety of prestigious festivals, illustrations have been both published and featured in prominent gallery exhibitions and I’ve served on several film festival juries.
Recently my film Buzzkill screened at over 60 festivals, winning 12 awards including Best Animated Short at Screamfest, Flicker's RIIFF Vortex, GenreBlast and Woodstock - the latter resulting in an Academy Award qualification. It’s now streaming on Alter and as a Vimeo Staff Pick.
These days I’m available for remote work from my home studio, which includes a large Cintiq, Adobe’s Creative Suite, a grumpy cat and all the necessary file sharing and communication tools.
Below is a the new kickass spot I've been working on the past few weeks over at Big Star for this upcoming season of AMC's Preacher! We did this completely by hand, no CGI or rotoscope assistance - long live 2D animation! Very big shout out to our awesome 2D team on this one: Carol Cai, Mavis Huang, Blake Patrick, Efrain Cintron, Will Pittas and Jane Wu.
